Jules FERETTE, ancien dominicain de l’Eglise de Rome a produit à la fin du 19ème siècle un certificat sur lequel il appuyait sa déclaration de Consécration Episopale ayant en lieu le 2 juin 1866 des mains de BEDROS, alors Evêque d’EMESA (Homs), plus tard Patriarche d’Antioche de l’Eglise Syro-Jacobite sous le nom d’IGNATIUS PETER III.
